This site is run by Tovinate LLC, the publisher of the Rutledge Guide books. This page says what the site collects and what we do with it.

What the site collects

When you visit. We use Google Analytics and GoHighLevel's tracking to count visits and to see which pages people read. These tools use cookies. They record things like the pages you open, the site that sent you here, the kind of device and browser you use, and roughly where you are.

If you sign up for email. We collect your email address. We use it to write to you when a correction to Skip the LSAT? is posted and when the next book has a date. The list is kept in GoHighLevel. Every message has a link to unsubscribe.

If you send a message. The form collects your name, your email address, and what you write. We use them to answer you and, if you reported a change, to check it and correct the book. The form runs on GoHighLevel, and your message is sent on to Angela Rutledge by email.

If you book a consultation. Booking happens on Calendly, which collects what it asks you for on its own page.

If you buy a book. You buy it on Amazon or Audible. This site takes no payment and never sees your card.

If you use the bar rules map. The map runs in your browser. It doesn't record which states you look at, and it loads nothing from any other site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't give it to anyone except the services named on this page, which need it to do their job.

Asking us to remove your information

Email [email protected] and we'll take you off the list and delete your messages.

Changes to this page

Get corrections by email

Rules change after a book is published. Leave your email address and I'll write to you when I post a correction, and when my next book, The Other Way In, has a date.
