The Other Way In

The Other Way In is about nontraditional paths to becoming an attorney, and it goes into how to pay for them.

It's also where I tell the parts of my own story that Skip the LSAT? points to and leaves for later. In 2017 I was enrolled in two online law programs at once, one in the US and one in England. It wasn't the smartest decision, and I don't recommend it to anyone. It worked out in the end, and this book tells that story. It also tells what happened when I set out to apply to two-year JD programs after I'd finished law school.

In the meantime

Skip the LSAT? is the place to start. It counts the routes into law school that don't run through an admissions test and shows the catch on each one.
